Homemade Pizza

Ingredients
  • For the dough (for 1 standard baking sheet):
  • ¼cup (60ml) olive oil
  • ½ cup (240ml) boiled water
  • ½ cup (240ml) milk (cold from the fridge)
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1½ teaspoons instant yeast
  • Whisk everything together
  • 360 grams = 12.70 ounces of flour. Whole grain or half-half.
  • For topping:
  • ⅓ cup Ketchup, or pizza sauce
  • your choice of toppings,
  • 1 cup cheese of your choice
  • Some oil to grease the baking sheets.
Instructions
  1. Put all the dough ingredients into the KitchenAid Stand Mixer in the sequence they are listed
  2. Whisk the wet ingredients together, then add the flour
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes
  4. Cover the dough and let it rise till it is about double in size. (ca. 1 hour)
  5. Oil a baking sheet with some olive oil
  6. Spread the dough evenly on the sheet, stretching it with your fingers
  7. Let rise till about dabble in high
  8. Add ketchup or pizza sauce to the pizza and spread it evenly
  9. Add the toppings of your choice
  10. Top with the grated cheese of your choice
  11. Bake for 18-20 minutes at 400°F
