Homemade Pizza

- For the dough (for two sheets):
- ½ cup (120ml) olive oil or butter
- 1 cup (240ml) boiled water
- 1 cup (240ml) milk (cold from the fridge)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 teaspoons instant yeast
- Whisk everything together
- 725 grams = 25.57 ounces flour. I like to use freshly ground spelt. You can use any flour.
- For topping:
- Ketchup, your choice toppings, cheese.
- Some oil to grease the baking sheets.
- Put in all the dough ingredients into the KitchenAid Stand Mixer in the sequence they are listed
- Whisk the wet ingredients together, then add the flour
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes
- Cover the dough and let it rise till it is about double in size. (ca. 1 hour)
- Oil two baking sheet with some olive oil
- Divide the dough into two parts and spread it evenly on the sheets
- Let rise till about dabble in high
- Add ketchup to each pizza and spread it evenly
- Add your toppings
- Top with grated cheese
- Bake for 18-20 minutes at 400F
