Green smoothie for breakfast

Ingredients
  • ½ - 1 banana
  • 1 handful of chopped kale
  • 1 handful of strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • ¼ cup dry oats
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger
  • pinch of black pepper (to make the turmeric more bioavailable)
  • 1½ cups soymilk
Instructions
  1. Put everything into a high-speed blender
  2. Blend till creamy, in the winter I like to blend it till it's slightly warm.
